That said, we don't always know where/how to start (middle or end, for that matter)! This service is designed to get you comfortable with your plan and get you professional answers to your questions about the process.

Home Walk-throughs

Are you planning on selling your home and wondering what addition or upgrade will have the best ROI? Have questions or concerns about an existing structural element of your home? A little bit consultation, a little bit home inspection, a Walk-through is designed to give you a better understanding of whatever's on your mind about your property. This is a zero-sales pitch way to get professional eyes on a situation and give you clear direction around next steps and who to call for what. One client referred to it as "a concierge Angie's list".

All consulting services are billed at $25 per 15 minutes, with a one hour minimum.
